Players can find the toggle for this in the game settings. Please note, the game's Autopause setting needs to be turned off.
By freeing him, players will now be able to access the Goblin Tinkerer's specialized wares, and the reforge option. Once the Goblin Tinkerer has been located, players must untie him by right-clicking on the NPC.
